President Khachaturyan Meets With Ecumenical Patriarch

Within the framework of his working visit to New York, the President of the Republic of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan, had a meeting with His All-Holiness, Archbishop of Constantinople and Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I.

During the meeting, opportunities for cooperation in the preservation of Christian cultural heritage were discussed. The parties emphasized the importance of protecting cultural values of universal significance, highlighting its universal importance and relevance.

Reference was also made to humanitarian activities and cooperation in humanitarian issues. The President of the Republic highly appreciated His All-Holiness's humanitarian activities and his readiness in this direction.
