Poland's Top General Warns of Preparations for War

An armed attack is being prepared against Poland. This alarming statement was made by the Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces, General Wiesław Kukuła.

"The enemy has begun preparations for war. Conditions are being created that are conducive to possible aggression on Polish territory," he noted, emphasizing the seriousness of the situation.

Against this backdrop, French President Emmanuel Macron, speaking at a joint press conference with Volodymyr Zelenskyy, recalled US President Donald Trump's promise to end the war in Ukraine in 24 hours.

"I note that in other democracies... where some candidates said that everything would be over in 24 hours... a collision with reality could change the situation," Macron said, expressing skepticism about the feasibility of such promises.
