Poland Closes Warsaw Airport for 'Military Activity'

According to a notice to air missions (NOTAM) posted on the US Federal Aviation Administration's website, Warsaw Chopin Airport and at least two other airports in Poland have been closed due to "unplanned military activity related to ensuring state security," writes CNN.
According to the NOTAM, Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport in southeastern Poland has also been closed. The airport has been a logistics hub for NATO's aid to Ukraine, although the United States withdrew its forces from the base earlier this year.
According to another NOTAM message, the airport in the Polish city of Lublin, southeast of Warsaw, was also unavailable due to military operations, the news outlet reports.
