PM's Spokesperson Denies Rumors Circulating About Syunik

False information has been spread that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has allegedly announced the transfer of a part of the territory of the Syunik region to Azerbaijan and the creation of a special border zone for Turkey. The Prime Minister's spokesperson, Nazeli Baghdasaryan, reminded of the topic.

"I officially declare that the mentioned publication is disinformation, has no factual or legal basis, and is a component of the hybrid war being waged against the Republic of Armenia. I urge citizens, the media, and analytical platforms to refrain from disseminating such disinformation materials, to verify the authenticity of the information, and to be guided exclusively by official announcements," wrote the Prime Minister's spokesperson.
