Peskov: NATO is De Facto at War with Russia

NATO is de facto at war with Russia, this is obvious, believes Dmitry Peskov.

"This is obvious and needs no proof. NATO is providing direct and indirect support to the Kyiv regime," the Kremlin spokesman noted.
