Pence: If Russia Wins in Ukraine, It Will Attack NATO

Russia will "undoubtedly" cross the border and attack a NATO member country if it wins the ongoing war in Ukraine. Mike Pence, who was the US Vice President during Trump's first term, stated this in an interview with the BBC.

Pence hinted that the US and its European allies would be forced to "confront Vladimir Putin with military force" if Russia expands its military operations.

He described the US role as "support" in the fight against aggression, while European allies should be on the front line.

At the same time, Pence praised the "coalition of the willing" for developing security guarantees which, in his opinion, could create conditions for a lasting peace.
