Pashinyan and Tokayev Meeting Begins in Astana

The meeting between the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, and the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, has started in Astana. As the "Armenpress" correspondent reports from Astana, the Prime Minister of the RA was welcomed by the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, at the Akorda Palace, the residence of the President of Kazakhstan.
Following the official welcoming ceremony, the private meeting between the Prime Minister of Armenia and the President of Kazakhstan has begun, after which a meeting with the participation of expanded delegations is scheduled.
On the Armenian side, the meeting is expected to be attended by Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Zhanna Andreasyan, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Davit Khudatyan, First Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry Gevorg Mantashyan, and other officials.
From the Kazakh side, the meeting is expected to be attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs Yermek Kosherbayev, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development Zhaslan Madiyev, Chairman of the Atomic Energy Agency Almasadam Satkaliyev, Minister of Transport Nurlan Sauranbayev, and other officials.
The agenda includes issues related to deepening cooperation between the two countries in economic, political, and other spheres, as well as the development of interaction on regional issues.
