Pashinyan, NATO Envoys Discuss Washington Peace Accords

RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received in the Government the NATO-accredited ambassadors visiting Armenia. During the meeting, issues related to the Armenia-NATO partnership were discussed. The Government informs about this. The parties noted the importance of the development and continuity of cooperation.
Prime Minister Pashinyan presented the policy pursued by Armenia towards strengthening peace and stability. In that context, Nikol Pashinyan referred to the Washington Declaration signed between Armenia and Azerbaijan on August 8, as well as the initialing of the agreement on the establishment of peace and relations.
The Prime Minister stressed that Armenia values the interaction with international partners, including NATO, which also contributes to the promotion of the security and stability agenda in the region.
The ambassadors welcomed the signing of the Washington Declaration and the initialing of the peace agreement, describing them as decisive steps towards ensuring long-term stability in the region. They also highly appreciated the partnership with Armenia.
During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on a number of issues related to regional security, Armenia's reform agenda, and the expansion of cooperation with international partners.
