Pashinyan, Macron Meet in Copenhagen, Reaffirm Ties

Within the framework of the 7th summit of the European Political Community in Copenhagen, a meeting took place between the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, and the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Pashinyan and President Macron discussed the course and development prospects of the multi-sectoral cooperation between Armenia and France. The parties reaffirmed the high level of the privileged relations established between Armenia and France and emphasized the importance of implementing new joint initiatives.
Issues related to regional developments, the agreements reached at the Washington Peace Summit, and the implementation of the "TRIPP" project were also discussed.
The President of France reaffirmed his country's continued support for Armenia's independence and sovereignty, as well as for its democratic reform agenda. Prime Minister Pashinyan thanked France for its comprehensive support to Armenia at this important stage.
The parties agreed to continue close contacts in bilateral and multilateral platforms.
