Pashinyan Congratulates Merz on German Unity Day

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Friedrich Merz, on the occasion of the national holiday, the Day of Unity. The congratulatory message reads:

"I warmly congratulate you and the friendly people of Germany on the occasion of the national holiday of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Day of Unity. This memorable day is an important occasion to once again value Germany's successes and achievements, and its unwavering commitment to democratic values and human rights.

Armenia highly values the friendly relations and effective cooperation formed with Germany, both at the bilateral level and in multilateral formats.

I remember with warmth our meeting this spring within the framework of the European Political Community summit. I am hopeful that with joint efforts we will continue to expand our multi-sectoral cooperation for the benefit of our peoples.

We highly appreciate Germany's continued support for Armenia's democratic reforms, sustainable development, as well as the further deepening of the RA-EU partnership.
