Pashinyan Calls for Catholicos to Step Down

It must be recorded with bitterness that a number of our high-ranking clergymen who received the upbringing of an atheistic state, personally Ktrich Nersisyan, simply do not believe in God, and treat him as a trademark that can be sold well at diaspora Armenian fairs, Nikol Pashinyan said in his speech at the 7th congress of the "Civil Contract" party.

"The political and state agenda is as follows: the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church must return to its pro-state and state-centric orbit, which is impossible without freeing the Vehapar from Nersisyan, and we must definitely implement this agenda," said the RA Prime Minister.
