Pashinyan: Alma-Ata Declaration Was Key to Peace

Pashinyan delivered a speech at the session of the Council of Heads of State of the CIS member countries held in Dushanbe.

"After a long conflict, peace has been established between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and the Alma-Ata Declaration has played a fundamental role in that process," he said.
