Pashinyan and Aliyev Meet on Sidelines of SCO Summit

Within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, had a meeting with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. This was reported by the office of the Prime Minister of the RA.

According to the official statement, the parties discussed the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace agenda, emphasizing the need for constructive dialogue, mutual trust, and regional stability.

Both leaders highlighted the positive dynamics formed as a result of the recent summit in Washington, which testifies to the international community's support for the process of promoting peace and normalizing relations.

The parties agreed to continue contacts.
