Parakar Mayor Murder: Injured Survivor Identified

The person injured as a result of the shooting in Merdzavan is Artsrun Galstyan. MIA spokesperson Narek Sargsyan said this in a conversation with journalists. As a reminder, on September 23, at 23:52, the police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received a report that shots had been fired on the Yerevan highway in the Merdzavan settlement of Armavir province. The head of the Parakar community and criminal police officer Karen Abrahamyan were killed. One person was injured.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan strongly condemned the incident and emphasized: "The law enforcement officers of the RA are obliged to promptly identify all persons involved in the crime."
