Minister Papoyan Refutes Claims of Trucks Returning from Lars

In August, 762 trucks loaded with Armenian fruits and vegetables entered the Russian Federation, while only 4 returned from Georgia.

Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan wrote about this on his Facebook page, commenting on the August 24 post by opposition figure Garnik Danielyan, in which he claimed that hundreds of vehicles loaded with Armenian agricultural products were returning from the Upper Lars checkpoint.

"Dear Garnik, telling lies is not a good thing," wrote Papoyan.
