Papoyan Proposes PPP Model for "Trump's Path" Project to US Official

he meeting was also attended by Deputy Minister Anushik Avetyan and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USA to the Republic of Armenia, Kristina Kvien. As reported by the Ministry of Economy, the prospects for expanding economic cooperation and increasing trade turnover between the Republic of Armenia and the USA were discussed.

"During the meeting, the parties emphasized the importance of deepening mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries and expressed readiness to continue joint work aimed at strengthening economic ties, improving the investment environment, and promoting new initiatives.

Referring to the TRIPP communication program and infrastructures, Gevorg Papoyan stressed that Armenia is greatly interested in the TRIPP communication program and proposed to develop these projects in a PPP format, ensuring the attraction of private investments, as well as to initiate the development of a roadmap for the implementation of the program.

Views were exchanged on the "Crossroads of Peace" project. In this context, Gevorg Papoyan emphasized that the

"Crossroads of Peace" is not only an economic project but also a project for strengthening regional peace and stability, which will contribute to the deepening of regional cooperation and the reduction of tensions.
