Pakistan to Recognize Armenia in Exchange for EAEU Path: TASS

Pakistan intends to recognize Armenia as a UN member state in exchange for receiving a "green light" to join the EAEU, a UN source told TASS.

According to diplomatic sources, the procedures required for this could take from several weeks to several months.

He called this a predictable prospect, adding that the peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan has left no obstacles in this matter.

It is recalled that on August 31, the foreign ministers of Armenia and Pakistan signed a communiqué on establishing diplomatic relations in China.
