Is Baku no longer against Overchuk's visit either?

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk has traveled from Yerevan to Baku. The Russian Deputy Prime Minister and his Azerbaijani counterpart Shahin Mustafayev have signed the protocol of the next session of the intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation between the two countries.

To recall, earlier Baku was against visits by high-ranking officials from Russia and, in turn, did not send representatives to events held in Russia.
