Orbán Launches Petition Against EU "Military Plans"

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has announced on the social network Facebook that he has started a petition against the European Union's military plans. According to Orbán's commentary, "Europe pays, Ukrainians fight, and Russia must be weakened." The Hungarian Prime Minister expressed his conviction that Europe is moving towards war.

"We didn't know how much it would cost and how long it would last. In Brussels, they were guided only by dreams instead of strategy. In Denmark, I made it clear: we did not ask for this. From that moment on, they started a campaign against Hungary. The arsenal of tools is huge: accusations of espionage, scandals with fake news, legal tricks. They came out against us in Brussels and mobilized their representatives within the country. We cannot remain idle. We must show again that the Hungarian people do not want war. That is why today we are starting a petition against Brussels' military plans. We will be in every city and every village because now we need all peace-loving Hungarians," Orbán declared.
