November 9: The Open Wound of Our History

Exactly five years ago, on this day, Aliyev and Putin signed the November 9 Declaration. According to Aliyev, Azerbaijan solved this issue on its own, without, in his words, "falling at the feet of leaders." But Aliyev was not alone; Armenia and Artsakh were not fighting only against Azerbaijan, Turkey was also by Aliyev's side, and they did not hide it.
