Teens, 15, Arrested in Russia for 'Planning Terror Attack'

Two 15-year-old adolescents have been arrested in North Ossetia for planning to carry out a terrorist act against law enforcement agencies. According to an official source, they first learned the theory of committing a terrorist act, using specialized literature and instructions found in a closed messenger channel.

Then the teenagers bought components necessary for making explosive devices in Mozdok and kept them in their home to later carry out a terrorist act against law enforcement agencies, reports the Investigative Committee.
