New Constitution to Be Ready by 2026 Elections: Galyan

We must do everything to ensure the new text of the Constitution is ready before the 2026 elections, said Minister of Justice Srbuhi Galyan.

"It is wrong to link constitutional changes with any external factors. It is our internal issue; our people will decide whether they want a new Constitution or not," said Galyan.
