Netanyahu: What Started in Gaza Must End in Gaza

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, speaking about the expansion of the military operation, stated that what started in Gaza must end in Gaza. He noted that Israel is fighting against Hamas while simultaneously disrupting the Iranian axis in Gaza,

Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen. On September 2, 40,000 reservists were called up for a new offensive aimed at capturing Gaza City. Incidentally, many of Israel's high-ranking military officials are also against this plan.

Palestinian health authorities reported that at least 100 people were killed in the enclave in the past day from Israeli strikes, 35 of them in Gaza City.
