On the eve of November 9, a classic scenario of hybrid warfare was launched against Armenia in the form of a coordinated, multi-polar information attack. Nazeli Baghdasaryan, the press secretary of the Prime Minister of Armenia, wrote about this on her Facebook page.
"These days, when the Azerbaijani side is becoming active in the information field, the goal is obvious. When a 'golden child' grown in greenhouses with foreign capital joins that information campaign, it is again understandable: he is a mouthpiece, articulating the text handed to him. But when the person who led Armenia himself comes forward with illogical statements and manipulations that do not correspond to the facts, many questions inevitably arise.
... These theses have been repeatedly, justifiably, and argumentatively crushed by the combination of the volumes of armaments in 2018-2020, the processes of army reform, and the systemic steps taken towards modernization in the defense sector.
