MP Hayk Sargsyan Receives "Strict Reprimand" from Party

In April 2025, based on an application by NA President Alen Simonyan, the Board of the "Civil Contract" party initiated disciplinary proceedings against MP Hayk Sargsyan, resulting in a strict reprimand being issued to the latter. The "Civil Contract" party reports this.

"Before the vote on the issue, Hayk Sargsyan submitted an application to initiate disciplinary proceedings against Alen Simonyan. The Supervisory Commission invited Hayk Sargsyan twice to provide explanations regarding his application. Hayk Sargsyan was unable to attend due to not being in the Republic of Armenia. The CC Supervisory Commission found no grounds to initiate disciplinary proceedings against Alen Simonyan. At the same time, we remind you that according to the CC Charter, Party members are obliged to show respectful attitude towards other participants in a discussion. Violation of the Charter may lead to disciplinary liability," the clarification states.
