Arsen Torosyan Submits Resignation from Parliament

MP Arsen Torosyan of the "Civil Contract" party of the National Assembly is resigning his parliamentary mandate.
The MP has already submitted the corresponding application to the Speaker of the National Assembly, Sputnik Armenia was informed by the NA news service.
