Mother See on Ajapahyan's Trial: This is Retribution

The Mother See has responded to the trial of Mikael Ajapahyan. The lawlessness must end and Archbishop Mikael Ajapahyan must be released immediately, the Mother See noted.

"The court, instead of administering justice, has clearly joined the anti-church campaign instigated by the authorities, taking on the dishonorable role of carrying out reprisals against clergymen and persons supporting the Church," the statement reads.
