Armenian FM Meets with ICC Leadership in The Hague

On September 17 in The Hague, RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with the President of the International Criminal Court, Tomoko Akane, and the Registrar, Osvaldo Zavala Giler. The RA MFA informs about this.

The interlocutors exchanged views on the interaction between the RA and the ICC, the preservation of the norms of international law, and issues of involvement in international efforts aimed at ensuring the rule of law. The meeting touched upon the work being done on improving national legislation in accordance with the provisions of the Rome Statute, as well as the existing opportunities for capacity building.
