Mirzoyan, Cassis Discuss Armenia-Azerbaijan Peace Deal

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, had a meeting with the Head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs of the Swiss Confederation, Ignazio Cassis.

Referring to the active political dialogue between Armenia and Switzerland, the interlocutors emphasized that it creates a solid foundation for interaction on various platforms, including within the framework of Switzerland's OSCE chairmanship.

In the context of regional developments, Minister Mirzoyan stressed the importance of the peace agreement pre-signed between Armenia and Azerbaijan in Washington on August 8 and the unblocking of communications based on fundamental principles.

Ararat Mirzoyan and Ignazio Cassis also touched upon humanitarian issues.
