Mirzoyan Briefs NATO Envoys on Washington Agreements

RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan received the delegation of Permanent Representatives of NATO member states.

Minister Mirzoyan referred to the approaches of the Republic of Armenia to the development of partnership with NATO, as well as with member states, and the joint work being carried out in that direction. Existing opportunities were discussed.

As a most important event recorded on the path to ensuring peace in the region, Minister Mirzoyan mentioned the agreements reached in Washington on August 8, informing the attendees about the ongoing discussions towards their implementation.

In the context of Armenia's foreign and security policy, Ararat Mirzoyan presented the vision of the Republic of Armenia for strengthening democratic institutions and resilience in dynamically developing conditions in the world, for stability in the South Caucasus, as well as for the development of bilateral relations in various directions.

The head of the RA foreign policy department answered the questions of interest to the NATO ambassadors.
