Man Arrested for Double Murder in Aramus

Criminal proceedings have been initiated in connection with the murder of a couple in Aramus under Part 1 of Article 155 (murder, 2 episodes) and Part 1 of Article 335 (illegal circulation of firearms, their main components, ammunition, and other materials, devices, objects) of the Criminal Code. According to preliminary information, the murder was committed by a 61-year-old resident of Aramus. With a hunting rifle registered in his name, he fired shots at the couple, residents of the village of Aramus: a 64-year-old man and a 59-year-old woman. On suspicion of committing the murder, the 61-year-old man was found and arrested. The firearm used in the crime was also found. Criminal proceedings have been initiated, and the circumstances are being clarified.
