Luxembourg to Recognize Palestine with France and UK

Luxembourg is preparing to recognize the state of Palestine together with France and Great Britain at the UN General Assembly.

On Monday, Luxembourg's Prime Minister Luc Frieden and Foreign Minister Xavier Bettel announced in a parliamentary committee that they plan to recognize the state of Palestine. This is reported by Politico.

The final decision will be announced jointly with other countries, such as France and Belgium, "at the UN General Assembly later this month."
