Lavrov: Dialogue with the US is Progressing Slowly

There is a dialogue between Russia and the US on bilateral issues, but it is not progressing as quickly as one would like. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in an interview with RIA Novosti.

According to him, solving the accumulated problems in the relations between the two countries takes time.

"Clearing the rubble will take a long time. With the arrival of the new administration, we felt their readiness to resume the dialogue," noted the head of the Russian foreign policy department.
