Following the Geneva negotiations, the United States has transmitted the key provisions of the peace plan for Ukraine to the Russian side. The information was confirmed by the Russian President's Press Secretary, Dmitry Peskov, who stated that the received proposals will be put to a substantive discussion next week in Moscow.
Although Moscow confirms receipt of the document, it is not yet rushing to publicize its contents. "The Kremlin will not disclose all the details of the possible parameters of the Ukrainian settlement; everything will be discussed," Peskov noted.
According to him, the issue of recognizing the territorial realities between Russia and Ukraine should also be clarified during the upcoming discussions.
In his speech, the Kremlin representative also touched upon the status of the Kyiv authorities. "Zelenskyy has a legitimacy problem and does not want to hold elections in Ukraine and uphold the constitution," he added.
