Pilot Dies of Heart Attack After Heroically Landing Helicopter

A tourist helicopter pilot in Kamchatka suffered a heart attack during a flight. There were tourists on the helicopter at that moment.

Despite his serious health condition, the 51-year-old man managed to land on the activated Krasheninnikov volcano, after which he died.

The pilot also managed to report the incident to the dispatcher. Thanks to this, the tourists were safely evacuated from the volcano area.
