Kaja Kallas Urges US to Help Pay for Ukraine's Weapons

The head of European diplomacy, Kaja Kallas, calls on America to also pay for weapons for Ukraine.

"We welcome President Trump's statement about supplying a large quantity of weapons to Kyiv, although we would like the US to share this burden," Kallas said after a meeting of EU foreign ministers in Brussels.

"Ultimately, if the US promises to provide weapons but declares that someone else will pay for it, then in reality, they are not providing it," Kallas said.

It is recalled that the US President wants to receive full payment for the Patriot systems to be supplied to Ukraine.
