Iran's nuclear program remains on the agenda.

A meeting between the foreign ministers of Russia and Iran took place in the Chinese city of Tianjin. Within the framework of participating in the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the SCO, Lavrov and Araghchi discussed issues of regional and international agenda of mutual interest.

The ministers emphasized the importance of resolving the crisis around Iran's nuclear program through political-diplomatic means, in accordance with the norms of international law.
