Iran, Belarus to Launch Direct Flights, Visa-Free Travel

Iran and Belarus have agreed to launch direct air service between Minsk and Tehran, announced Iran's Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts, Reza Salehi-Amiri, during the official visit of the Iranian President to Belarus.
During the Iranian President's visit to Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko and Masoud Pezeshkian signed a joint statement agreeing to launch direct Minsk-Tehran flights. In addition, Lukashenko signed a decree establishing a visa-free regime for Iranian citizens. This pertains to tourist visas.
A representative of the Iranian government noted that during President Pezeshkian's visit to Minsk, a number of documents were signed in the fields of industry, trade, economy, culture, and tourism. In total, a package of 13 documents was signed.
