3 NOV 2025 10:47
An incident was recorded during the closed part of the joint session of the National Assembly committees on November 3. NSS Director Andranik Simonyan and Defense Minister Suren Papikyan arrived to participate in the discussion.
NEWS.am reports from parliament that some time after the start of the closed session, loud voices were heard from the hall, and then it was announced that the session was taking a 10-minute break.
According to reports, the reason was that MP Hayk Sargsyan from the "Civil Contract" party participated in the session with a computer, which is prohibited in a closed format.
The MP was asked to remove the computer, but he refused, which led to an argument. It is reported that Hayk Sargsyan has left the hall.
