On November 18, at 07:01, the crisis management center of the Armavir regional rescue department received an alarm that a house had collapsed at the intersection of Mravyan-Nalbandyan streets in the city of Vagharshapat, and there was a citizen trapped in the rubble; the help of rescuers was needed.
One combat crew from the fire-rescue squad of the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Rescue Service was dispatched to the scene.
It turned out that an explosion had occurred in one of the houses on Nalbandyan Street (about 60 sq. m) due to a gas leak; the house had collapsed.
The rescuers cordoned off the area, pulled one citizen out of the rubble, and brought them to an ambulance.
According to Shamshyan.com, the house belongs to 76-year-old Tamara A.
