Hajiyev's Message to Armenia: The War is Over for Azerbaijan

Aliyev's aide asked to convey to the Armenian society that the war is over for Azerbaijan. Areg Kochinyan, a representative of the Armenian delegation, said this during a press conference in Yerevan, speaking about the meeting with Hikmet Hajiyev in Baku.

"For them, the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict is over; it does not exist. They want to build peace on this state of non-war," he noted.
