Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan Faces New Hooliganism Charge

New charges have been filed against Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan for remarks made after a recent court hearing.

As reported by the Investigative Committee, during the preliminary investigation of a criminal proceeding, a public criminal prosecution has been initiated against two individuals on charges of hooliganism.

The second individual is Spartak Ghukasyan. A public criminal prosecution has also been initiated against him for the same act: remarks made in court.
