Ghukasyan Not Arrested, But Isolated in Office: Spokesperson

Gyumri community head Vardan Ghukasyan has not been arrested; he is isolated in his private office. Ghukasyan's spokesperson, Lilit Aghekyan, informed the media about this.

"At the moment, law enforcement officers are in the municipality building. Ghukasyan is sitting in his office. An ambulance went there; one of the employees felt unwell. Members of the National Assembly are also here, and they are forbidden to enter the municipality," said Ghukasyan's spokesperson.
