Some of 33 Detainees in Gyumri Charged with Mass Disorder

Some of the 33 citizens arrested in Gyumri have been charged under Articles 327 and 486 of the Criminal Code, namely interference with the administration of justice or the investigation of a case, and participation in mass disorders.

The others will be charged under the same articles in the coming hours. Lawyer Hayk Harutyunyan, who has undertaken the defense of 4 of the detainees, said this in a conversation with NEWS.am, confirming that the minor boy arrested near the Gyumri municipality has also been charged.

The lawyer considered it likely that in the coming hours, the investigator will submit motions to detain all the arrested individuals.
