Grigoryan, Koopman Discuss "Crossroads of Peace" Project

On November 14, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, had a telephone conversation with the Secretary General of the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations of the European Commission, Gert Jan Koopman.

As reported by the Security Council office, during the telephone call, the interlocutors touched upon the unblocking of regional communication channels and emphasized the necessity of expanding economic and transport routes between the European Union, the South Caucasus, and Central Asia.

In the above-mentioned context, the "Crossroads of Peace" project presented by the RA government was highlighted, and the prospects for deepening Armenia-European Union cooperation within its framework were discussed.
