Grigoryan: If Building an Apartment, Don't Hang Pictures on the Walls

If you are building an apartment, you should not have pictures on the walls that might cause other emotions in your neighbor. The Secretary of the RA Security Council stated this at the "Comprehensive Security and Resilience 2025" international conference.

Armen Grigoryan answered the journalist's question in this way: to what extent does the ongoing transformation, which relates to Artsakh, the Genocide, the declaration of independence, and the discussions around Ararat and Aragats, have a positive impact on internal resilience?

"We think that since we are on the path of peace, there are issues that we must address, and it is very important that we address these issues completely publicly. There is no secret process, and the public, I am convinced, accepts and agrees," noted Armen Grigoryan.
