Grigoryan and Hooker Discuss TRIPP Project, Direct Flights

On November 17, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, received the US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs, Alison Hooker.

The interlocutors exchanged views on the peace established in the South Caucasus, assessing it as a historic achievement. The Security Council Secretary emphasized the institutionalization of the peace process and highlighted the work being done to unblock regional communication channels. In this context, the parties discussed the "Trump's Path for International Peace and Prosperity" communication program and the steps being taken within its framework.

Armen Grigoryan and Alison Hooker also emphasized the importance of the three memoranda of understanding signed between the RA and the US on August 8 and outlined possible directions for future cooperation.

Within the framework of expanding the bilateral partnership, the Security Council Secretary highlighted the necessity of developing trade and economic relations and establishing direct flights.
