Armenian Gov approves housing for displaced Artsakh families

The agenda for the August 28 session of the Government includes 53 items, 50 of which are not reported. The agenda also includes the issue of approving the list of beneficiaries for the state support program for housing for certain families forcibly displaced from Artsakh and defining the procedure for providing assistance.

A decision was made at the meeting to alienate state property. A building in Yerevan with a cadastral value of 367 million AMD will be sold through a classic auction; the market value of the property has been estimated at 425 million AMD.

This will be the starting price. The executive has exempted "ALEX FABRIKA" company from import customs duties under an investment program being implemented in a priority sector. The company will use the imported raw materials for clothing production. An investment of 337 million AMD is planned for the acquisition of raw materials.
