Gagik Tsarukyan to Run in 2026 Armenian Elections

Leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP), businessman Gagik Tsarukyan will participate in the 2026 parliamentary elections.

"I am preparing, yes," he told reporters. According to Tsarukyan, it will be an offer to Armenia.

"There is no such person, nor such a party to get the country out of this situation. There must be consolidation around an idea, a program. It will be an offer to Armenia. A person may not be involved in politics, but have a desire for our children, our grandchildren to get out of this miserable, defeated situation. Nothing is impossible. One should not speak empty words, but implement a full program, a real work; there will be a new team," said Tsarukyan.
