Final Design of New Biometric ID Cards Approved in Armenia

The final design of the new biometric identification card has been approved in Armenia, which complies with ICAO international standards, we learn from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to the distributed message, 2 new offices will be opened in Yerevan, and 21-22 in the regions. They will be equipped with modern technology, in particular, "all-in-one" self-service devices for collecting vital data and furnished waiting rooms. These solutions will also be introduced in the offices of the Migration and Citizenship Service.

The progress of the construction works of the new headquarters of the Migration and Citizenship Service was also discussed.
